Key Qualifications:

  • Proven ability to build, manage, and maintain strategic partnerships.
  • Experience in selling solar/BESS projects up to 5MW.
  • Desirable: Solar PV system design and EV Charging/Solar Carpark projects.
  • Eagerness to cross sell Power Factor Correction, Active Harmonic Filters, and Power Quality Audits.
  • Strong collaboration skills with engineering teams for technical solutions and sales proposals.
  • Excellent commercial acumen and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and expand relationships with existing and new strategic partners.
  • Prepare detailed proposals with engineering department, including cost estimates and ROI analyses.
  • Communicate the environmental and financial benefits of our solutions.
  • Provide project quotations and negotiate terms.
  • Maintain comprehensive records of client interactions in our CRM.
  • Deliver presentations to enhance product understanding.
  • Conduct market research to stay responsive to industry trends.
  • Coordinate sales strategies with our marketing team.
  • Stay updated on new technologies, market developments, and competitor strategies.
  • Willingness for interstate travel if/when required.
