Job Description
As a key member of the Senior Leadership Team, this role is integral in overseeing the corporate services functions.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leadership - lead and inspire a cohesive team.
- Strategy - Participation in the development of strategic direction, change and improvement.
- Financial Management- including monitoring financial performance and providing strategic recommendations to optimise resources.
- Financial Reporting on a monthly and annual basis to fulfil legislative and regulatory requirements.
- Develop and manage the annual budget.
- Prepare and update long-term financial projections.
- Identify and mitigate financial and operational risks.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless integration of financial and operational functions.
- Oversee IT, HR and Admin functions.
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate will possess the following:
- Outstanding stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Strong people management skills with the ability to bring stability.
- Excellent financial acumen with CA, CPA or equivalent qualification.
- Experience leading a finance function with responsibility for all financial reporting, budgeting and financial planning.
- Ideally broad leadership exposure across corporate services.
