- Mandatory experience in Collections process and strategies
- Knowledge on PCC/Tallyman
- Nice to have database, SQL knowledge.
- Provide input to define and implement stream processes, systems,and structures.
- Provide input to and liaise with cross functional workshops todefine solution requirements
- Provide input into the definition of the business requirementsrelated to systems solution and the benefits that can be achieved.
- Conduct workshops, requirement definition and specificationsthrough to sign-off
- Scrutinise requirements for solution gaps and / or solutionimprovements
- Review technical work performed by developers for agile solutiondelivery
- Apply knowledge of agile solution development in solutiondevelopment & testing
- Own and develop relationship with technical leads and, work withthem to optimize and enhance solution/integration
- Provide support throughout the project cycle such as resolvingissue/providing insights and directions.
