our success will be measured by the flawless deployment and launch of AMP Bank's game-changing digital banking platform, built upon the robust foundations of AWS, .NET, and Lambda. We'll be looking for measurable improvements in application performance, scalability, and reliability metrics that blow our customers' minds. High system availability and uptime are non-negotiable, ensuring a seamless experience without disruptions or downtime.

Efficient integration and compatibility between all application components and AWS services will be a hallmark of your success, creating a cohesive ecosystem that just works. Positive feedback from internal teams and end-users on the user experience and functionality will be music to our ears, a testament to your ability to deliver solutions that resonate.

But we won't stop there. Ongoing enhancements and optimisations based on evolving requirements and AWS service updates will keep us ahead of the curve. Effective knowledge sharing and documentation will be your legacy, enabling continuity and paving the way for future development. Adherence to security best practices is a given, with no room for significant incidents or vulnerabilities that could compromise our customers' trust.

Streamlined CI/CD processes and seamless collaboration with DevOps and QA teams will be the norm, ensuring efficient delivery of new features and iterative improvements aligned with our product roadmap. You'll demonstrate proficiency in leveraging AWS services and implementing AWS best practices, setting the standard for our team. And of course, active participation and consistent contributions during our agile ceremonies and processes will be a cornerstone of your success, embodying the collaborative spirit that drives us forward.

We'll expect measurable gains in performance, scalability, reliability and high system uptime. Ongoing enhancements aligned with evolving needs, effective knowledge sharing, and stringent security standards are non-negotiable. Streamlined CI/CD processes enabled by close DevOps and QA collaboration will ensure timely delivery of new features per our roadmap. You'll exemplify AWS best practices, actively participating in agile processes and setting the bar for leverage AWS services effectively.

Proficiency in leveraging AWS, adhering to best practices, optimizing performance, maintaining uptime, delivering enhancements promptly and fostering collaborative DevOps will hallmark your success in this role.

And we're 110% in this together. So, you won't go it alone, but you will be called to muck in and play your part. This is no place to hide. We want your ideas to be heard and celebrated. It's about moving fast, working together and being transparent in everything we do.
