This is your opportunity to join our busy Toyota dealerships, Preston & South Morang, as our Finance & Insurance Specialist.
Our stores have a very strong Finance Culture and proven track record of high performance. 
 
2023 was a record year for our team, placing 2nd Nationally for finance share across the Toyota network as well as being awarded the coveted ‘Dealer of the Year’ award for Toyota Access across our region and taking the Bronze position overall. We also finished in number one spot for finance share in our group, Eagers Automotive.
 
With a huge income potential, this has to be the most sought-after finance seat in Victoria
 
About the role:

  • Facilitating the finance and insurance transactions for dealership guests with integrity
  • Mentor our sales teams on finance with coaching, guidance and support
  • Quote all guests our premiere finance solution ‘Toyota Access’
  • Ensure all our guests are offered all eligible services available to them from our Toyota Value Chain
  • Contributing to the achievement of dealership goals by meeting and exceeding KPI’s, with strict adherence to compliance

Do you have?
  • Ability to demonstrate your previous relevant automotive finance experience in current and previous roles?
  • Financial savviness, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to think on your feet?
  • Have excellent verbal & written communication skills including a high level of computer literacy?
  • Be an Australian citizen or permanent Australian resident and hold a current Australian driver’s licence
