The Role
As an Enterprise System Manager, you will be responsible for driving high quality support across the organisation to provide a single point of contact for all enterprise system incidents, service and change requires and the manage the business relationship between the organisation and the enterprise systems vendors. Based in our Silverwater office this role will see you reporting to the CEO.
The Tasks
- Be responsible for driving service improvements, strategic direction and support from Group Shared Services – IT.
- Actively manage the business systems for logging, monitoring, and resolving ICT systems-based difficulties to provide for continuous performance improvement.
- Review, analyse and provide feedback to systems owners of escalated cases to provide improved support aligned with agreed SLAs.
- Improve the quality of support delivered to users through the ongoing review of services provided, including management of both internal and external service providers.
- Define current and future services that meet the demands of the business and are well aligned to the organisations’ Enterprise Architecture, thereby maximising return on investment.
- Work with service and technology providers to integrate products and services to maximise value for money in service delivery.
The Successful Candidate
- Experience with programming languages, server software, and systems.
- Understanding of software development life cycles, systems programming, and scripting
- Experience in cloud infrastructure (AWS/ Asure)
- Experience with enterprise resource planning systems.
- Ability to train employees and colleagues.
- Comfort working with teams, clients, and vendors to identify and solve problems.
- An attitude to strive for constant improvement in technical systems and processes.
- Leadership skills that inspire technical teams to achieve project success.
