Who we’re looking for:

As an Environmental Coordinator, you are passionate about protecting eco-systems and implementing environmental innovation across a range of projects and sectors. As a natural relationship builder, you will influence Project Managers and external stakeholders to achieve continual environmental improvement, using your excellent communication skills and strong technical expertise to:

  1. Champion the use of environmental systems in line with client expectations
  2. Develop and review required environmental reports
  3. Pioneer the use of innovation and provide trusted environmental advice
  4. Work with project teams to undertake environmental audits

The successful candidate will be a self-starter with:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Environmental Management, Science or similar, and/or relevant industry experience supported by environmental sustainability experience
  • Preferably at least three years’ experience working in a similar role
  • Knowledge and understanding of Queensland Environmental legislation and approvals process
  • Erosion and sediment control experience
