Cochlear has embarked on a Transformation program to support the predicted growth of the organisation and is currently in the tendering process of selecting a Tier 1 ERP system.
We are currently seeking a Senior ERP Solution Architect with experience working on implementations. This role involves designing and documenting end-to-end (E2E) solutions across major business applications, with a particular focus on supply chain.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and document E2E solutions across major business applications including Order Fulfilment, Warranty and Repair Management, Inventory Management, Transportation, Manufacturing Execution applications, PLM applications, and shopfloor manufacturing systems (OT).
- Develop interfaces to and from ERP systems and Manufacturing Execution applications. This includes designing solutions both directly and using integration middleware such as Boomi, MuleSoft, etc.
- Configure discrete manufacturing solutions across multiple manufacturing sites in regulated industries, such as medical devices.
- Ensure that manufacturing activities are performed by individuals holding valid certifications.
Key Requirements and Experience
- Proven experience in delivering complex ERP solutions across supply chain modules
- Ideally experienced with configuration of discrete manufacturing solutions across multiple manufacturing sites in regulated industries such as medical devices.
- Experience designing solutions that ensure manufacturing activities are performed by individuals holding the valid certifications to perform those activities.
- Ability to translate complex technical and solution concepts to achieve business outcomes.
- Experience in highly integrated ERP environments, as part of large-scale ERP transformations.
- Expert knowledge and experience in designing integration strategies and solution architecture.
- Proven experience in Solution implementation Design (SAP or Oracle or Dynamics etc...) .
- Experience in designing and presenting solution artifacts.
- Good knowledge of current technical industry trends, including systems integration and service-oriented architecture.
