WOW Recruitment is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join an internationally renowned Visual Communications Supplier business with a presence in multiple countries. This role offers the opportunity to build on your customer service career.
 
ABOUT THE ROLE

  • Reporting to the Customer Engagement Manager you will ensure timely and professional execution of all customer service duties
  • Process customer orders over the phone and via email.
  • Assist and resolve customer enquiries regarding deliveries and logistical enquiries
  • Liaison with warehouse, freight carriers, express couriers, etc.

ABOUT YOU

  • You have prior experience in a call centre, administration or similar environment 
  • You have excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Team player with ability to pick up new systems easily
  • You have a driver’s license or live close to Malaga, Perth
