About Our Client

A global leader in water technologies is seeking a detail-oriented temporary Billings Officer for an estimated 6-month contract to ensure accurate and timely invoicing and support financial operations. The role requires experience in billing, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and strong organisational and communication skills.

Job Description

  • Process daily requests for credits, invoicing, returns, rebates, and accruals.
  • Regularly communicate and collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve issues.
  • Participate in process improvement initiatives across the business.
  • Work across multiple systems, including SAP and JD Edwards.
  • Ensure the highest standards of Health, Safety, Environmental, and Quality performance.
  • Handle internal inbound requests related to pricing and contracts on existing accounts.
  • Ensure high data quality of customer master data in various system environments.
  • Accurately load new pricing and contracts against customer accounts and amend existing ones.
  • Manage workload and complete assigned duties ensuring timely delivery.
  • Create and maintain individual plans/goals reflecting daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly objectives.

The Successful Applicant

  • Proven experience in a billing or similar financial role.
  • Strong understanding of billing procedures and processes.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
  • Experience with billing software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is highly desirable.
