Position Summary:
As a Customer Service/Facility Support member, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facility in Wangara. Reporting directly to the GM for Sales and Operations, you will be responsible for assisting with enquiries, organizing vehicle registrations, and providing administrative support to our WA team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Organise vehicle arrivals / logistics / Pre-deliveries, registrations, handovers and ensure all documentation is completed efficiently.
- Provide administrative support to the operations team, including data entry, filing, and maintaining records - including uploading to sharepoint and sharing with relevant heads of staff when required.
- Support the parts and consumables team
- Collaborate closely with the sales and operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction and streamline processes.
- Organise Container arrivals to laydown facility - including drop off / pickup and unloading and liasing with Operations to ensure staff availability
- Assist with induction for new employees
- Facilitate the record keeping on Pre-Starts and Safety Checklists
- Facilitate travel arrangements for staff
- Support GM & fellow Managers with day to day running of the facility, including staff amenities / third party contractors etc
- Follow up and liaise with other STG Sites Australia wide when required - either parts / service / sales / truck movements etc
- Daily Adhoc tasks
Qualifications and Experience:
- Previous experience in a customer service or admin support role, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Knowledge of vehicle sales processes, operation processes and registration procedures is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Knowledge in Xero and Hubspot would be advantageous
- Autonomous and a great work ethic
- Valid driver's license.
