We are a national NDIS provider, delivering Allied Health support in over 300 locations across Australia to thousands of participants in the community with Occupational & Speech Therapy, Behaviour Support, Psychology, Exercise Physiology & Pysiotherapy services.
We are open to discussions with OT's with all levels of experience that enjoy the flexibility of working in the community.

On a daily basis you will be:
- Managing a caseload and completing therapeutic services
- Assessing participants emotional, psychological, cognitive, developmental and physical level of function and capacity through clinical observations and standardised assessments
- Interpreting findings to formulate treatment goals unique to each participant
- Providetherapeutic interventions that are evidence-based
- Providesupport and advice on adaptations to the environment including home, school, work and residential facilities
- Recommendprovision of Assistive Technology to assist participants with their functional limitations and promote independence
- Maintainawareness of current legislation to ensure compliance
- Current registration with AHPRA as an Occupational Therapist
- Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
- Proactive attitude, motivated by improvement and the opportunity to test and learn from new ideas

- Demonstrated ability to work independently
- A genuine passion for working in the disability sector
