Retail Leasing Executive

Forum Recruitment is proud to partner with an established management company who specialise in the management, leasing, and acquisitions for their clients' investments Australia wide. Due to recent growth, they are seeking an experienced Retail Leasing Executive based out of their Melbourne office.
About the role
Reporting directly to the Head of Leasing, you will be responsible for ensuring 100% occupancy across an interstate portfolio of shopping centres.
Key responsibilities include:
- Release vacancies and manage all lease expiries.
- Manage and negotiate lease reviews and renewals.
- Ensure best tenancy mix for the centres.
- Stakeholder and relationship management.
- Fortnightly interstate travel.
About you
To ensure your success, you will be required to have:
- Agents Representative Certificate (VIC).
- Experience in shopping centre leasing.
- Retailer networks and relationships.
- Knowledge of the Retail Leases Act (VIC) and legislative requirements.
- Be proactive and outcomes focused.
- Highly developed organisation and communication skills.
