Digital & Search Marketing (Marketing & Communications)

A fast-growing global SaaS company is looking for an experienced, high-performing entrepreneurial digital generalist to lead its digital events. Working closely with a small tightly knit team, this role would be responsible for end-to-end organisation and execution of digital events, including content coordination, email invitations, event promotion, organic and paid social, online advertising and analysis and reporting. 

A strong understanding of online promotion, engagement, PPC strategies and analytical skills is essential

Key Responsibilities

  • Project management: coordinate and collaborate with an internal team to coordinate and schedule webinars in a coherent and compelling sequence
  • Audience targeting and engagement: Identify target audiences and develop tailored messaging and promotional materials to reach each respective audience
  • Online event promotion: Leverage social media platforms (META, LinkedIn) to promote webinar, engage audiences and drive registration. Plan and manage paid ad campaigns (Google, LinkedIn and Facebook) to encourage webinar registrations.
  • Content creation: Develop compelling marketing materials including email invitations, landing pages, social media posts and digital ads to promote events and drive registrations
  • Campaign performance and optimisation: monitor performance of paid channels and optimise targeting to increase performance.
  • Reporting and analysis: Track and analyse key performance metrics, such as registration conversion rates, click-through rates and Cost Per Acquisition (CPA). Prepare reports summarising campaign performance and provide valuable insights for optimisation

The ideal candidate for this role would have:
  • 4+ years of digital marketing experience with a proven track record with Google Ads, Bing Ads, and social media advertising.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field.
  • A strong understanding of digital events and webinars
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills – this role is a project coordination role that work with cross-functional teams
