If you're an experienced HVAC Design Manager then this opportunity could be for you I am currently working with a large HVAC and Electrical company that are looking for an experienced HVAC Design Manager to work on the end to end design of HVAC construction projects. Play a critical role in delivering major construction works, managing a team of Engineers, Drafters and BIM Modelers and reporting into the Director of the business. Exciting construction work can include hospitals, data centres, warehouses, and many other commercial new builds across New South Wales.

The Role

Large HVAC and Electrical company looking for an experienced HVAC Design Manager to work on the end to end design of HVAC construction projects.

  • Play a critical role in the planning, development, and implementation of HVAC systems across major construction projects, such as hospitals, warehouses, and data centres.
  • Full time Sydney CBD based role.
  • Sit directly under Pre-construction Director and manage a team of engineers at all levels - engineers, drafters, and BIM modelers.
  • From scratch HVAC system design.
  • liaising with clients over briefs, occasionally go out to get pricing/costs, coordinating with builders from design into construction, ensuring design is replicated into construction.

Your Skills

  • Previous experience working as a Design Manager or Design Engineer on HVAC construction projects in Australia.
  • Registered member of Engineers Australia.
  • Construction White Card.
