You'll be responsible for

  • Use data to identify high performance, working closely with the management team to understand business drivers and the improvement required to uplift performance across the business.
  • Provide relevant reports to managers on an agreed timeframe
  • Review analysis and reporting on KPIs across Customer Services and their key contributors across all Claims units and Distribution streams, including variance to norm/budget/forecast, highlighting key trends and potential actions.
  • Assist in the development of Monitoring and Control plans for changed processes and procedures to track benefit.
  • Identify, from the analysis of work undertaken, new initiatives to improve the quality of reporting and improve the efficiency of the Performance Management process.

About you

  • Significant experience in a business or data analytics role gained in a complex, matrixed financial services or general insurance organisation.
  • Proven analytical and critical thinking capability to interpret a range of data, identify patterns, trends and links that inform judgement and solutions.
  • Ability to interpret and analyse complex information, extract meaningful insights and evaluate options for decision making.
  • Proven capability to lead change through the initiation and promotion of business transformation, leveraging effective process, collaboration and communication to foster commitment and participation.
  • Demonstrated ability to partner and collaborate effectively with senior stakeholders to establish strong professional relationships and influence outcomes.
