Connect APAC have been exclusively engaged by one of the most impressive Liquor companies in the market. Known for their incredible growth over recent years (doubling in size), this global organisation represents an incredible portfolio of brands, right in the heart of consumer demands.

As a Head of Marketing, you will lead a team of approximately 12 with plans to continue expanding within this structure.

This role would suit a Group Marketing Manager or a Senior/Established Marketing Manager who is looking for their next step. Of course, Head of Marketing level candidates are also encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

  • Total ownership of brands across ANZ
  • Ensure that your portfolio of Brands perform in a manner consistent with the company's overall strategy
  • Manage the achievement of volume and brand contribution objectives and create awareness, and demand.
  • Support and monitor the sales team's pursuit of brand's KPIs and ensure the annual achievement of budgeted volume and brand contribution plans
  • Participate in organisation-wide strategy planning and expand overall thinking around the role of marketing in achieving growth
  • Lead the strategic brand planning work
  • Across Australia and New Zealand, define key success criteria for brand, develop long term strategy and annual brand plans - and ensure achievement of annual budgeted volume and brand contribution plans

Qualifications

  • Experience in FMCG - ideally from a tier one leading organisation
  • Proven leadership skills and ability to coach and mentor a team
  • Analytically and commercially strong
  • Full P&L management and ownership
  • Group Marketing Manager/Senior Marketing Manager/Established Marketing Manager (or equivalent) encouraged to apple
