The role
Support the Digital Sales Strategy team in optimising the digital sales funnel including optimising current digital pathways to application, identifying feature enhancements, and tracking performance. Working towards a goal to drive an increase in digital sales with a focus on digital volume and share using data-driven insights and global best-practices.

Responsibilities:
- Supporting the digital sales portfolio targets and driving the increase in channel share contribution
- Supporting delivering end-to-end digital sales strategy
- Supporting the delivery of agreed improvements and projects outlined in the digital sales roadmap on time, to budget and to quality standards leveraging enterprise resources as appropriate.
- Supporting test and target programs across digital assets to achieve financial targets.
- Supporting the development of strategic rationale and recommendation, to be presented to senior NAB stakeholders for approval.
- Be curious and enjoy being across best practice digital sales experiences external to NAB and bring back to positively influence NAB's customer experience.
- Work closely with digital sales team members and key stakeholders of the funnel value chain (Product, Marketing, Form Experience teams) to drive improvements

- Experience in digital analytics highly regarded (Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics or similar)
- Digital Sales reporting data/cadence governance and performance tracking
