We are looking for a dedicated AI Developer / Software Engineer to design, develop, and implementAI-driven applications and features within our existing product suite. This role requires a strongbackground in software engineering coupled with an innovative mindset to apply AI in solving realworld problems.

Using your expertise, you will assist with scope requirements, field design documentation, and change request testing. You will also act as an “expert” product resource for customers and will be expected to communicate and prioritise customer requirements to other areas of the business. A focal point of your role involves optimising overall efficiency and performance by identifying opportunities to enhance internal processes.

The key accountabilities of the role:

AI Algorithm Development: Designing, coding, testing, and deploying AI algorithms, models and code. This includes ensuring that the code meet performance standards, is scalable, and optimizedfor the required applications.

System Integration: Ensure the seamless integration of AI solutions into existing systems and platforms.This includes collaborating with other engineering teams to ensure compatibility, functionality, andperformance of AI components within the broader technology ecosystem.

The key responsibilities of the role

  • Develop and maintain AI-enhanced applications according to requirements.
  • Collaborate with AI architects and machine learning engineers to ensure technical feasibility.
  • Implement best practices in coding, testing, and deployment of AI-based software.
  • Contribute to the creation of user-focused solutions that leverage AI for enhanced
  • performance and user experience.
  • Stay updated with the latest AI software development tools and methodologies.

The ideal candidate will have these:

  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative spirit.
  • Skilled in programming languages like Python, Java, or C++.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with AI technologies and their business applications is highly
  • Familiarity with AI integration and the challenges involved in deploying AI applications.
  • Proven experience in software development with a strong interest in AI technologies
