Your Opportunity

We're looking for a passionate Events Coordinator to join our high performing Marketing department as a maternity leave cover.

The suitable candidate will be responsible for, but not limited to:

  • Assist in planning, organizing both internal and external events from end to end.
  • Travel Arrangements for staff and guests.
  • Create and develop content for Social Media channels around events taking place.
  • Assist with researching and purchasing seasonal corporate gift ideas for clients (Breeding Season, Easter & Christmas).
  • Manage Inventory of trade merchandise & giveaways.
  • Build relationships & negotiate Bova corporate rate for events.

What you will bring to our Family

  • A passionate to help animals is a must.
  • Completion or near completion of tertiary qualifications in Marketing/Events or related discipline.
  • Minimum of 1-year experience working in a Marketing and/or Events role.
  • Graphic design experience with Adobe Illustrator or Canva.
  • Proven experience with writing and creating social media content.
  • Proven experience in developing creative marketing campaigns.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite: Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Able to travel interstate when required.
  • Current NSW Driver’s Licence.
