Job DescriptionÜber die Rolle:

Im Bereich Process Engineering liegt die Verantwortung für das Design, die Implementierung und Verbesserung von Produktionsanlagen, wie auch die strategische Ausrichtung und Prozessoptimierungen für die Blutplasmaproduktion für den Standort Wien von Takeda. In dieser Rolle sind Sie verantwortlich für die Leitung und Weiterentwicklung eines Teams aus Prozess Ingenieuren und federführend für die prozesstechnische Weiterentwicklung, Support für die Routineproduktion und Projekte am Standort Wien tätig. Mit Ihrer profunden Fachexpertise sowie Ihren Erfahrungen werden Sie mit ihrem Team Projekte und Prozesse gemäß Site Roadmap auslegen, planen, kontrollieren und vorantreiben.

Das bewirken Sie:
  • Führung und Entwicklung des Process Engineering Fractionation Teams
  • Einhalten und Vorantreiben des Projektportfolios gemäß Roadmap
  • Zentrale Ansprechperson für Prozess Equipment in biopharmazeutischen Produktionsbereichen
    • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit allen lokalen und globalen Stakeholdern (Manufacturing, Science, Quality, Engineering Departments, Global Engineering, …) sowie Koordination aller relevanten internen Schnittstellen
    • Mitglied des Unit Leadership Teams Fractionierung
      • Sicherstellung und Verbesserung der Qualität von Produktions- und Supportanlagen zur Stabilisierung der Routineproduktion 
        • Standardisierung, Planung und Entwicklung von Prozess Equipment
          • Führung und Entwicklung der Mass Balances und Prozess Models
            • Erstellung von Machbarkeitsstudien und Konzepten 
              • Technical Lead in Programmteams, Erstellung und Einhaltung von Zeitplänen, Spezifikationserstellung, Freigabe der Ausführungsunterlagen, Lieferantenmanagement, Beaufsichtigung von Installation & Inbetriebnahme (FAT, SAT) bis zum Hand-Over 
                • Verantwortlich für die Implementierung von Upgrades und Verbesserungen durch innovative, technische Lösungen.
                • Sicherstellung einer GxP-gerechten Dokumentation 
                Dafür bringen Sie mit:
                • M.S.  Abgeschlossene naturwissenschaftliche Ausbildung (Hochschule, Fachhochschule, HTL) im Bereich Chemie, Chemieingenieurwesen, Verfahrenstechnik
                • Min. 5 Jahre Erfahrung als Führungskraft (Level Manager)
                • mind. 8 Jahre einschlägige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Engineering, sowie Erfahrung in einer pharmazeutischen Produktionsumgebung. (GxP)
                  • Hohe Sozialkompetenz und lösungsorientiertes Denken, sowie eine strukturierte Herangehensweise und selbstständiges Vorantreiben
                  • Erfahrung in der Projektierung / Konstruktion / Inbetriebnahme in einer regulierten Umgebung.
                  • Erfahrung bei der Vorbereitung von Projektbudgets und Zeitplänen.
                    • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse 
                    Das bieten wir Ihnen:

Für diese wichtige und verantwortungsvolle Position beträgt das Mindestgehalt € 5.538,85,- brutto/Monat (Vollzeit, KV chem. Industrie). Das tatsächliche Gehaltspaket richtet sich nach Ihrer Berufserfahrung und Qualifikation.
