Erste Group Immorent (EGI) is the Erste Group specialist for real estate and infrastructure financing as well as property development, construction services and real estate investment. Our activities cover the full range of financing solutions and services across the entire real estate value chain.

Erste Group Immorent (EGI) Portfolio Management and Risk Controlling is covering a wide area of responsibilities and tasks: Risk Reporting, Risk Controlling, Risk Planning, Regulatory Reporting and RWA-Tracking, ICAAP (reporting and processes), Operational Risk, data delivery to Erste Bank-Group-Risk Systems and ensuring data quality, Policy Framework Management for EGI.

**Your Tasks**:

- Work mainly on risk related reporting topics (regular and ad hoc reporting)
- Create EGI’s quarterly risk report, EGI’s quarterly FINREP/IFRS9 reporting, ensure EGI’s quarterly FMS reporting
- Deal with maintaining and further development of databases used for EGI’s reporting purposes
- You are responsible for EGI’s financial reconciliation in line with data delivery to Erste Bank Group data warehouses, including corrections of data, if necessary

**Your Background**:

- A university degree in business administration/finance or economics or quantitative finance or IT
- Preferably 2 years or more business experience in strategic risk management
- High analytical skills, you are able to work with big amounts of data and are experienced and familiar with SQL and databases like Access or Cognos
- You able to recognize which data, respectively, which analysis is relevant for decision making and transferring the results into a management presentation
- Excellent MS Excel and good Powerpoint skills
- Basic Accounting knowledge
- You act team oriented and have good communication skills
- Excellent English skills (business fluent)
