**Tasks**
The Global Process Expert - Digital Services & Repair acts as the link between business and IT development by understanding, translating and managing process and system requirements along the development cycle.

He/she drives process excellence and transformation towards target state, positively impacting customer experience and business outcomes, while driving E2E cross-functional collaboration.
- Work as point of contact for new business requirements/improvements from the regions
- Align and define global standards and get them implemented in our tools
- Create technical specifications for the development team
- Perform system tests prior to system releases
- Create user documentation/manuals
- Collaborate/communicate with Regions on new releases/features
- Conduct trainings and support roll-outs in Regions
- Key Contact and support to Application Experts in Regions

**Requirements**:

- Good IT knowledge/affinity required
- Project/Process Management skills required
- SAP/ESM knowledge advantageous
- SQL database knowledge advantageous
- English fluency required
- Additional languages advantageous
- International travelling of 20-30% necessary
- Confident presenting internally and externally
- Good communication skills required
