**What you'll do**:
- Joining Enterprise projects from the early scoping stage, you will gain a holistic view and in-depth understanding of the client’s use case and business strategy in order to design a scalable data model within our platform, acting as a functional expert on the project.
- In this context, will help our clients identify and define their ideal data workflow/structure and determine the technical feasibility.
- Own scalability workflows and support the wider project team to realise their delivery targets.
- You will work closely with the rest of the project team to monitor platform performance on an ongoing basis and estimate potential issues as the project evolves and scales.
- Leading the scoping, configuration, troubleshooting and maintenance of SSO setup.
- Scope and assist with custom hosting requirements (i.e. private cloud, on-premise) before project kickoff and throughout project lifecycle if required.
- Take ownership of platform-specific sub-projects and work closely with the client and our internal Ops and Product Teams for requirements and feasibility scoping.
- Create and maintain documentation of the project-specific platform infrastructure as well as any custom setup or features.
**What you’ll need**:
- 2+ years of experience with data platform management, data models, performance optimisation, data security, SaaS platform infrastructure (incl. APIs, databases, storages etc.).
- Previous experience in project-based client advisory, ideally within SaaS, Digital Marketing or FMCG industries.
- You can present technical design in conversation and documentation format simply and clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience in scoping client requirements based on their business needs and understand how to translate them into scalable platform workflows.
- You like taking responsibility for your area and have excellent organizational and time management skills.
- A customer-oriented personality that ensures our clients receive the best service.
- Fluent in English. German is a plus.
- You are used to and enjoy working closely with other internal departments (e.g. Implementation, Ops, Development).
**Are you ready to apply?**:
If this position is filled in Vienna, we offer a salary starting from €57.000 per year. For London or other locations this will differ.
In any case, we offer competitive salaries depending on your qualifications and experience.
