**ABOUT THE ROLE**:
As a Business Talent Sourcer within our growing Talent Acquisition team, you will play a pivotal role in the success of Billie's story. In this role, you will support our growth and have the opportunity to shine by showcasing your expertise in drafting and delivering on performant search strategies, creative thinking and contributing to Billie's diversity.

In more details, you will:

- Work alongside our Talent Acquisition team and hiring managers to define skill gaps and opportunities across all business functions
- Leverage your expertise to advise, design, and execute on relevant search strategies
- Use every tool in your box and more to to find and attract talent in a highly competitive market
- Develop strong talent pipelines and identify potential bottlenecks through analytics
- Promote our employer branding and value proposition

**WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR**:

- You are an expert at finding and attracting high potential business professionals
- You have mastered sourcing techniques, from LinkedIn Recruiter, to Boolean searches, and social media
- You are working with Greenhouse, or another ATS
- You love a good challenge, shine through brilliant organisation skills, and have a go-getter mindset
