**We need your expertise for**:

- Defining, establishing, monitoring and maintaining the Corporate Governance and the Compliance Management
- Defining compliance targets and internal governance regulations based on legal as well as on strategic requirements
- Implementing and improving the compliance systems and the communication of the regulations and policies inside the group
- Reporting to the General Counsel and the Top management
- Ensuring the third party risk assessment and developing reporting mechanisms
- Developing and coordinating the Ethics Ambassadors’ network,
- Participating in investigation of non-compliant and/or unethical activity and initiating internal audits and reviews

**About you**:

- Law or business degree from a reputable law school
- Trainings in Corporate Governance and Complinace (incl. Ethics and Data Protection)
- At least 8 -10 years of experience in an international company and/or law firm
- Experience with corporate governance and compliance management systems
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work well in cross-functional teams and international environment
- Leadership and coaching of others
- Strong personal authority

**What we offer to you**:

- Following Austrian law regulations, we offer competitive compensation based on the collective labour agreement chemical industry starting at EUR 98.662,76 annual gross salary (based on 38 hrs/week) and are willing to pay more based on your experience and background.
