To strengthen our team and to achieve our entrepreneurial mission and vision, we are looking for a:
**Senior Expert, Group Compliance (f/m/x)**:
**Your tasks**:

- As Senior Expert within Group Compliance, you fulfill the roles under Section 21 of EBA Guidelines on internal governance, - 39 Abs. 6 Z 3 BWG, WAG 2018 and thereto corresponding FMA minimum standards and EBA guidelines
- You are strategically and operationally involved in all areas of Compliance and independently handle entrusted Compliance topics
- You contribute to the creation of the Compliance Risk Strategy and Compliance Risk Appetite Statement, Group-wide compliance policies and harmonized procedures, Compliance Risk Analysis, Compliance controls as well as measure-taking regarding employees, directors or third-party relationships
- You support with Regulatory Compliance, Capital Market Compliance, Director’s Dealings and Trading Bans, Gifts and Gratuities, external mandates and activities, Conflict of Interests, Whistleblowing and FATCA regime
- The implementation of an effective Compliance program, advice to the management on the company’s compliance with laws and regulations through as well as the creation of effective action plans in response to audit discoveries and Compliance violations fall under your governance
- You ensure that employees are educated on the latest Compliance regulations and resolve any of their concerns with regards to Compliance

**Your profile**:

- You have a university degree (law, finance & banking, business administration, etc.)
- You have at least five years of work experience in the area of Compliance in the financial industry
- Proven record of Compliance certifications
- Excellent command of English and German both in spoken and in written
- Intuitive handling of MS Office 365 tools
- You always work diligently and very precisely and consider yourself a committed team player with strong service orientation, proactivity, and accuracy
- You possess a pleasant personality with very strong communication and interaction skills
