Stellenbeschreibung
- Innerhalb des Geschäftsbereich Powertrain Solutions sind wir zuständig für die Prozesse, Methoden und Tools der Software-Entwicklung. Wir entwickeln die Tools und Zusammenarbeitsmodelle mit denen unsere Entwickler*innen in Zukunft an innovativen Produkten im Bereich der Elektrifizierung sowie der Brennstoffzelle arbeiten können. Bringen Sie mit uns gemeinsam die Technologie der Zukunft in die Autos
- Als Coach für den Rollout von Prozessen, Methoden und Tools beschäftigen Sie sich vorwiegend mit dem Coaching von Produktentwickler*innen, die einen Änderungsprozess in der Entwicklungsorganisation einleiten sollen.
- Zu Ihren Aufgaben gehört die Unterstützung bei Präsentationen, die den Change vorstellen und die Begleitung während des Änderungsprozesses. Zudem gehört die direkte Kommunikation mit den Anwenderinnen und Anwendern, das Aufnehmen und Verstehen von deren Rückmeldungen und das Vermitteln bei Unstimmigkeiten zwischen Anwender*innen und Produktentwickler*innen zu ihrem Aufgabenprofil.
- Sie befassen sich mit der Planung von Änderungsprozessen, der Begleitung und der Verfolgung, zB anhand von selbst definierten KPIs.
- Des Weiteren verbessern Sie im Team mit den anderen Coaches den Änderungs
- und Rollout-Prozess von SW Prozessen, Methoden und Tools in der Businessunit "Engineering Customer".

Qualifikationen
- ** Ausbildung**: abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Informatik, Ingenieurwissenschaften, Physik, Mathematik oder Vergleichbarem
- ** Persönlichkeit und Arbeitsweise**: kommunikationsstark, teamfähig, kreativ, selbstständig, lösungsorientiert, proaktiv, koordinativ, agiles Mindset
- ** Erfahrungen und Know-how**: langjährige Berufserfahrung in Changemanagement und Coaching; umfangreiche Erfahrungen im Automotive Bereich; idealerweise Erfahrung im Umgang mit Kunden (auch interne Kunden) und Diskussionen bei schwierigen Sachverhalten.
- ** Begeisterung**: Freude an der Arbeit mit Kunden und im Begleiten von Änderungsprozessen
- ** Sprachen**: verhandlungssicheres Deutsch und Englisch

Das Jahresbruttogehalt für 38,5 Stunden nach dem Kollektivvertrag Metallgewerbe beträgt für diese Position **ab 50.000 EUR p.a. **Abhängig von deiner Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung besteht die Bereitschaft zur deutlichen Überzahlung.
