**Programmmanager:in Enterprise Europe Network (m/w/d)**:
Schwerpunkt Internationalisierung und Innovation

Das Enterprise Europe Network (EEN) ist das weltweit größte Business Support Netzwerk für kleine und mittelgroße Unternehmen (KMU). Es wird von der Europäischen Kommission koordiniert und umfasst 600 Partnerorganisationen in 50 Ländern mit mehr als 3.000 Expertinnen und Experten. Das Netzwerk unterstützt innovative KMU, international zu wachsen. Die FFG ist Subkoordinator des Enterprise Europe Network in Österreich und arbeitet eng mit allen Partnern des Konsortiums (Innovationsagenturen und Wirtschaftskammern) zusammen.

In dieser Stelle sind Sie zuständig für die Teamleitung und das Programmmanagement des Enterprise Europe Network in einem engagiertem Team mit 3 Mitarbeiter:innen innerhalb des Teams Wirtschaft und Innovation.

**Diese Aufgaben erwarten Sie bei uns**:

- Mitwirkung bei der Umsetzung der Strategien und Zielvorgaben des Arbeitsprogrammes des Enterprise Europe Network (Projekt-, Budget und Stakeholdermanagement)
- Beteiligung an thematischen Arbeitsgruppen des EEN-Netzwerkes und des Konsortiums in Österreich
- Ganzheitliche Beratung zu Fördermöglichkeiten (regional, national, EU) sowie umfassende Innovationsberatung und Unterstützung des Wissens
- und Technologietransfers zwischen Forschungseinrichtungen und Unternehmen
- Unterstützung heimischer Unternehmen und Forschungseinrichtungen bei der internationalen Partnersuche (Vermarktung innovativer Technologien/Forschungsergebnisse, Suche nach technologischen Lösungen/Partnern für europäische Forschungsprojekte) inklusive der Organisation und Betreuung von internationalen Kooperationsbörsen
- Kommunikation mit und Berichterstattung an die EU-Kommission

**Womit Sie uns begeistern können**:

- Abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium, bevorzugt mit wirtschaftlich-technischem Hintergrund
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Innovationsberatung und -management und/oder in der Startup Szene
- Freude am Netzwerken mit nationalen und internationalen Stakeholdern und Erfahrung in der Abwicklung europäischer Förderprogramme
- Erfahrung im Projekt
- & Stakeholdermanagement
- Ausgeprägte Kunden-/Kundinnen-Orientierung
- Team
- und Kommunikationsstärke sowie Organisationstalent
- Eigenverantwortlicher, selbständiger und effizienter Arbeitsstil
- Verhandlungssichere Deutsch
