**Das bewirkst Du**:

- Du unterstützt unsere Kund:innen aktiv bei der optimalen Gestaltung interner Prozesse und der Weiterentwicklung ihres Verkaufspotenzials
- Deine Datenanalysen tragen dazu bei, dass datenfundierte Entscheidungen in den verschiedensten Bereichen des Unternehmens getroffen werden können
- Du trägst Verantwortung, indem du Daten eigenständig aufbereitest, bewertest und interpretierst
- Zusätzlich zählt das systematische Erheben, Aufbereiten und Auswerten von Daten und Statistiken zu deinem Aufgabenbereich (z.B. die Berechnung von Kennzahlen für Berichte und Dashboards)
- Mit Hilfe der verwendeten Tools implementierst du einen automatisierten Prozess im Umgang mit wiederkehrenden Datenanforderungen und optimierst das ständig wachsende Auswertungs-Portfolio

- **Tell a story with data** - Du hast die Fähigkeit, kritische Sachverhalte durch deine Datenvisualisierung und -verarbeitung intuitiv und verständlich abzubilden
- **Collecting data is your cardio** - Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten sind deine Stärke und unterstützen dich dabei, Datenbankabfragen selbstständig durchzuführen (z. B. in SQL)
- **Dein Profil** - Idealerweise verfügst du über einschlägige Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Berufserfahrung und hast erste Erfahrungen mit SQL und relationalen Datenbanken
- **Außerdem** - Gute Deutschkenntnisse, Englisch von Vorteil, strukturierte und zielorientierte Arbeitsweise
