**Deine Aufgaben bei uns**:

- Du arbeitest eng mit internen Teams und Kunden zusammen, um die Anforderungen an Salesforce-IT-Lösungen zu verstehen und zu analysieren
- Durch tiefgreifendes Verständnis der Kundenunternehmen identifizierst du deren Pain Points und entwickelst maßgeschneiderte Lösungen
- In enger Zusammenarbeit wählst du die geeigneten Systeme, Komponenten und Funktionen aus und entwirfst die Systemarchitektur für Multi-Cloud-Projekte
- Du bist die technische Schnittstelle und arbeitest eng mit unseren Consultants und Salesforce-Entwicklern zusammen, um eine reibungslose Umsetzung zu gewährleisten
- Kontinuierliche Weiterbildung und Aufrechterhaltung des Wissens über aktuelle Technologietrends und Salesforce-Best Practices

**Über dich**:

- Du bringst mehrjährige Berufserfahrung und tiefes Know-How in den Bereichen CRM, Customer Service und E-Commerce mit, optimalerweise im Salesfore-Bereich (Service, Sales, Commerce (B2B und B2C), Marketing)
- Du hast bereits bewiesen, dass du komplexe integrierte Applikationen und Systemlandschaften/Architekturen neu konzipieren und weiterentwickeln kannst
- Außerdem kennst du dich im Anforderungsmanagement aus
- Du arbeitest strukturiert und mit hoher Eigenmotivation, damit du unseren KundInnen auf Augenhöhe begegnen kannst
- Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutsch
- und gute Englischkenntnisse
- Mit deinen analytischen Fähigkeiten, deinem kundenorientierten Auftreten und deinen Kommunikations-Skills überzeugst du
