Die Rolle

Als (Junior) Process & Project Manager bist du Teil des Transformation-Teams und unterstützt die unterschiedlichen Fachbereiche bei der Modellierung von Geschäftsprozessen. Weiters unterstützt du die Organisation bei der Analyse von operativen Herausforderungen mit Hilfe von Prozessmanagementtools (Lean, Customer Journeys). Du definierst und steuerst geeignete Maßnahmen und unterstützt dadurch die Umsetzung unserer Transformationsprojekte.

Darüber hinaus übernimmst du kleine bis mittlere Projekte unserer Unternehmens-Roadmap als Projektleiter.

Deine Skills
- Du hast ein abgeschlossenes wirtschaftliches oder technisches Studium (Uni/FH) und mind. 1 Jahr Berufserfahrung im Bereich Prozessmanagement und Projektmanagement
- Du bist versiert im Umgang mit typischen Prozessmanagement-Tools (ARIS, ADONIS u.ä.) und hast ausgezeichnete Fähigkeiten im Umgang mit Microsoft Office
- Du hast Erfahrung mit dem Modell „Kontinuierlicher Verbesserungsprozess“ (KVP/CIP) und kennst dich mit der Modellierung von Geschäftsprozessen aus
- Du verfügst über gute Präsentations
- und Moderationsfähigkeiten
- Du bist verhandlungssicher in Deutsch und Englisch (in Wort und Schrift)
- Dich zeichnet eine eigenständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise aus, du hast ausgeprägte analytischen Fähigkeiten und eine Liebe für Details
- Du besitzt eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe und hast bei allen Entscheidungen stets die Kunden im Fokus
- Du hast bereits erste Erfahrungen im Führen von Projekten gemacht
- Du besitzt eine Prozess
- und/oder eine Projektmanagementausbildung

Für diese Position bieten wir dir ein Mindestgehalt von € 45.000,00 brutto pro Jahr mit Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung je nach Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung.
