**Ihre Aufgaben...**:

- Collaborating with other department leaders to define, prioritize and develop projects
- Overseeing the development of the project and ensuring that team members are carrying out their tasks efficiently while compliance to the company’s standards
- Drafting new and improving existing product development processes and relevant standards
- Continuously evaluating projects to ensure they are meeting company standard, adhering to budgets, and fulfilling milestones
- Administrating Product Lifecycle Management tool, especially project management system field

**Unsere Anforderungen...**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, administration or engineering
- A project management level B (IPMA) certification is an advantage
- A minimum of 2 years relevant experience, preferably in automotive industry or similar
- Strong leadership skills with attention to details and technicalities
- Critical questioning and challenging of project contents
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Good interpersonal and multi-tasking skill
- Very good knowledge in MS-Office (Excel, PPT, Word) and MS-Project is an advantage
- Fluency in English and German for both verbal and written communication (level B2 is a minimum)
