With these digital services we get deep insights into the **customer journey** enabling us to offer proactive support and services, identify new business opportunities, drive **operational excellence** and ultimately ensure **customer success**.

How we do it: Application performance management, Cloud infrastructure monitoring, IT Operations powered by **AI **and Digital customer experience.

**Your role in the team**
- You design (business) **services **in collaboration with product management based on product, feature and non-functional requirements
- You define **user stories** in collaboration with your development team, which you support throughout the entire **software development process** in a** micro-service** architecture
- You manage and prioritize the team **backlog**:

- You ensure that user stories are ready for the sprint and accept them for delivery
- You monitor the services throughout all staging areas, including production
- You represent your team in all services you jointly build and maintain

**Qualifications**:

- University degree with exposure to **Software Engineering**:

- 3 years Work experience as a Product Owner in a **SaaS **product environment
- Experience in **agile software development**:

- Understanding of** quality assurance**:

- Good working knowledge of **JIRA** and **Confluence **is an advantage
- Being able to express ideas and share concepts in fluent** English**:

- Team player with a proactive approach and the ability to collaborate in a large organization

Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary for this position, which is EUR 50,000 gross per year based on full-time employment (38.5 h/week). We offer a higher salary in line with qualifications and experience.
