THE ROLE:
As a Digital Specialist, you will be responsible for strategizing, implementing, and overseeing our digital channels to ensure optimal performance and alignment with our business goals. You will play a pivotal role in enhancing our brand’s digital footprint in the Austrian market.

As Digital Specialist (M/F/D) you will be an integral part of the Smoke Free Products Marketing & Digital Team and a true change agent of becoming a Project-Based Organization and implementing our new ways of working and decision processes.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across all channels including our website, social media, paid media, CRM, and collaborations with 3rd party data providers.
- Monitor and analyze digital campaign performance and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Manage content creation, distribution, and engagement across all digital platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate digital marketing efforts with overall company marketing strategies.
- Oversee and manage the digital marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources.
- Collaboration with international and multi-disciplinary project teams as well as agency and supplier management.
- Monitoring and analysis of performance KPIs for Website, eCommerce, CRM, Social media and paid media campaigns.

YOUR PROFILE:

- You have a business degree in the field of marketing/digital marketing, communications, business information technology or similar.
- You have at least 2 years of professional experience in the areas of digital marketing and strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy, and best practices.
- Know-how in digital product management: user experiences, SEO, web content management and more Excellent analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
- Enthusiasm for current developments in the digital world and interest in (technical) trends and innovations.
- Analytical skills and experience in using analytics tools such as Google Analytics, as well as initial experience in working with data and dashboards as a decision
- making basis for performance optimization.
- A strong "hands-on" mentality and a solution-oriented, pragmatic way of working.
- Fluent in German and English, with exceptional communication and presentation abilities.
