Digital Marketing Specialist for Sports Betting

Sportradar, a leading provider of sports data and audiovisual services, seeks a skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to drive growth for our Digital Advertising Sales globally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Owning marketing account strategy for key customers and growing them into 7-figure accounts with a focus on Central and Eastern Europe.
- Driving growth activity across Sportradar's digital marketing solutions.
- Collaborating with programmatic, paid social, and paid search channel specialists on planning and execution of account strategy.
- Maintaining and growing senior relationships with key client's marketing leadership teams.
- Supporting and consulting product teams to optimize products from a client perspective.
- Defining, testing, and optimizing business and pricing models with attractive offerings for key clients or partners and profitability contribution for Sportradar.
- Representing the division externally at events and meetings.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 4-5 years of experience in delivering digital marketing solutions, preferably within a major sportsbook or related industry.
- Demonstrated success growing business and building long-term relationships with clients.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Understanding of ad-facing business models and the sports betting ecosystem.
- Fluency in English; Serbo-Croatian language is a plus.
