Die Assistenz für digitale Strategie und Operations unterstützt den Head of digital Strategy & Operations durch die effiziente Koordination von Terminen und Geschäftsreisen sowie die umfassende Projektkoordination innerhalb der Einheit Digital Strategy & Operations. Darüber hinaus erfordert die Position ein fundiertes Verständnis für digitale Medien. Diese Position kann am Red Bull Headquarter in Salzburg oder am Standort in Wien besetzt werden.

**Stellenbeschreibung**:
**Aufbereitung von Powerpointpräsentationen**

In dieser Position liegt der Fokus auf der professionellen Gestaltung und Strukturierung von Powerpointpräsentationen. Hierbei sind Kreativität und ein Auge für Details gefragt, um sicherzustellen, dass alle Inhalte ansprechend und überzeugend präsentiert werden.

**Sicher im Umgang mit Microsoft Excel**

Die erfolgreiche Bewerberin bzw. der erfolgreiche Bewerber wird regelmäßig mit Microsoft Excel arbeiten, um Daten zu analysieren, Tabellen zu erstellen und komplexe Aufgaben im Bereich Datenmanagement zu bewältigen. Die sichere Anwendung von Excel-Funktionen ist daher von entscheidender Bedeutung.

**Verständnis von digitalen Produkten**

Ein tiefgehendes Verständnis von digitalen Produkten ist essenziell, um in dieser Position erfolgreich zu sein. Dies beinhaltet die Fähigkeit, technische Konzepte zu verstehen, Trends in der digitalen Welt zu verfolgen und entsprechende Erkenntnisse in die tägliche Arbeit einzubringen.

**Umgang mit den gängigen Social-Media-Plattformen**

Die Position erfordert eine versierte Handhabung der wichtigsten Social-Media-Plattformen. Die Erstellung von ansprechenden Inhalten, die Interaktion mit der Online-Community und das Verständnis für aktuelle Trends in den sozialen Medien sind zentrale Aufgaben, um die digitale Präsenz des Unternehmens zu stärken.

**Qualifikationen**:
Nachweisbare Berufserfahrung von mindestens zwei Jahren in einem vergleichbaren Tätigkeitsfeld

ausgeprägte Affinität in Bezug auf Social Media.

Ein umfassendes Verständnis digitaler Arbeitsabläufe für die effiziente Bewältigung der Aufgaben

proaktive Hands-on-Mentalität, um Herausforderungen eigenständig anzugehen und pragmatische Lösungen zu finden

Erfahrungen im Bereich Projektmanagement sowie die Fähigkeit zur strukturierten Dokumentation von Arbeitsprozessen

**Zusätzliche Informationen**:
Aus gesetzlichen Gründen sind wir verpflichtet darauf hinzuweisen, dass das kollektivvertragliche Mindestgehalt für diese Position bei monatlich EUR 2.208 brutto liegt. Unsere attraktiven Gehaltspakete orientieren sich jedoch an aktuellen Marktgehältern und liegen daher deutlich über dem angegebenen Mindestgehalt.
