In order to successfully implement our Borealis Strategy 2030, the former IT&S and Digital Studio teams are joining forces. The new "IT & Digital Solutions" organisation creates new opportunities. One of the roles necessary to ensure a fit for future organisation is a Digital Strategy Manager.

The purpose of the Digital Strategy Manager is to lead the development of the IT & Digital strategy and govern its execution, by taking ownership for overall business/IT alignment, focussing on strategic priorities and roadmap.

In your role, you will:

- Translate business strategy into technology priorities, align strategy components and maintain the IT/Digital strategy in alignment with all governance functions;
- Manage business/IT governance and orchestrate the implementation of technology capabilities along agreed business priorities;
- Shape the IT Operating Model in terms of structure, roles and responsibilities, processes and governance bodies, and facilitate its implementation;
- Define and implement the IT sourcing strategy;
- Identify opportunities to increase (cost) efficiency and reduce complexity and issue initiatives to manage and optimize business value.

**About you**:
We need someone with excellent written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal and collaborative skills, and the ability to communicate concepts to technical and nontechnical audiences at various hierarchical levels. Furthermore, you must have excellent analytical skills, the ability to manage multiple projects under strict timelines, as well as the ability to work well in a demanding, dynamic environment and meet overall objectives. You master English at business level.
