Dafür suchen wir Gleichgesinnte, die diesen Weg mit uns gehen wollen und bereit sind sich neuen Herausforderungen zu stellen.Aktuell suchen wir für Wien, Wels oder Graz; 1 Teamlead Manager Strategy Business Development E-Commerce (w/m/d).Vollzeitbeschäftigung (38,5 Wochenstunden) nach Absprache mit dem Dienstgeber.Dienstbeginn ab sofort.Aufgaben* Du agierst in dieser strategischen Expertenrolle wie ein Unternehmer im Unternehmen und entwickelst Deinen Bereich und Kategorien selbständig weiter* Du bewertest zukünftige Erfolgsfaktoren im E-Commerce und entwickelst das Angebot in den einzelnen Kategorien weiter, um unseren Kunden das beste Angebot anzubieten* Du stellt mit Deinem Team eine optimale Produktpräsentation in verschiedenen Onlineshops sicher* Du hast Freude daran, Dich intensiv mit Data
- & Businessanalysen, Simulationen & Szenarien zu beschäftigen und auf Basis von Analyse verkaufsfördernde Maßnahmen zu definieren* Du arbeitest länderübergreifend und interdisziplinär mit vielen Partnerteams zusammen (z.B. Einkauf, Marketing, Logistik, etc.)* Du führst disziplinarisch ein länderübergreifendes TeamQualifikationen* Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium mit gutem Ergebnis* Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im digitalen Umfeld
- idealerweise mind. 3 Jahre in der strategischen Unternehmensberatung* Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Führen von länderübergreifenden Teams* Ein kundenzentriertes Mindset und eine Passion für E-Commerce* Analytisches/vernetztes Denken und hohe konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten* Strukturierte, selbständige Arbeitsweise sowie hohe Durchsetzungsstärke* Reisebereitschaft* Gute Englisch
