**Global Business Segment Manager - Managed Service Contracts f/m/d**:
For the Business Unit "Global Customer Services" we are looking for a Business Segment Manager for the area "Managed Service Contracts" who will be responsible for the global marketing, delivery and coordination of service contracts in the area of after-sales services with a focus on software support.

**YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Independent management of the global business segment with responsibility for revenues, costs and results
- Management and development of a team of approx. 50 employees at the Graz location and indirect management of the global team of approx. 100 employees in total
- Development of a segment strategy for the marketing, implementation and delivery of software support services within the framework of customer contracts
- Accompanying the company-wide change process in the area of "new mobility" and implementing the necessary measures to support this process
- Identification and implementation of measures to increase efficiency and quality in support services
- Interface to other business units within the solution chain of software support services
- Responsibility for support processes
- Establishment of internal and external partner and customer networks within the scope of responsibility
- Conducting negotiations with customers (globally) within the scope of sales and operational delivery commitments in Customer Service
- Drafting customer contracts and legal clarifications with legal departments

**YOUR PROFILE**:

- Technical education (secondary technical college/FH/TU) in in one of the areas IT, software development, electrical engineering or electronics
- Proven experience in leading comparable organizations in the area of after-sales service, support or software service delivery
- Ideally experience in the operation of test benches or test fields
- Experience in IT service management, ideally ITIL knowledge
- Knowledge of plant engineering with focus on automation technology and/or data management
- German & English business fluent
- Self-confident appearance and professional communication
- Willingness to travel globally on business trips within the scope of max. 20%

Annual Remuneration: Due to the Austrian Equal Treatment Act we are obligated to state the annual gross remuneration (full-time) for this position as a basis for negotiation: €110,000.00. We will, in any case, offer market-conforming payment taking qualifications and professional experience into account.
