**Program Manager Business Development f/m/d**:
**YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES**:
Your main responsibility will be to fill the sales funnel of the department. For this to happen, you will:

- Define and drive the business development strategy
- Be in constant exchange with the affiliates to ensure a high awareness of the department, with the target to have a high motivation to pursue business
- Have a good insight in the specific market situation - from both customer as well as the local AVL affiliate perspective
- Know the strengths of our offering and ensure the necessary feedback to adapt and enlarge the offering
- Drive to enlarge the potential customer group: New players, non-automotive, etc.
- Continuously follow up opportunities
- Perform lost business analysis and define countermeasures
- Perform market analysis and market share monitoring
- Support planning and forecasting
- Support exhibitions, customer presentations, sales initiatives, events, etc.
- Support affiliates and customer visits, support setup of meetings
- Be part of creating the suitable marketing material

You will firstly be measured on the size of the sales funnel and secondly on how well we can turn the opportunities into winning business.

**YOUR PROFILE**:

- Business development experience
- Knowledge in facility business and strategic marketing
- Knowledge in planning processes like HOAI, RIBA etc.
- Intercultural competence / communication style
- Very good strategic and analytical thinking ability
- Confidence in presentation to customers, professionals, and management
- Attitude: Doer, team player, quick learner, strategic thinker and very good in networking
- Very good knowledge in German and English, in spoken as well as written format
- Willingness to travel

Annual Remuneration: Due to the Austrian Equal Treatment Act we are obligated to state the annual gross remuneration (full-time) for this position as a basis for negotiation: €85.000,00. We will, in any case, offer market-conforming payment taking qualifications and professional experience into account.
