Integration, Test and Verification Manager (f/m/x)
In your role as a Test
- and Integration-Manager at Hitachi Rail you will contribute to design, integrate, test and deliver a safety critical product to ensure a highly available system with multiple redundant instances to guarantee a safe and frictionless travel of millions of train passengers. If you are interested in the integration testing of a cloud-based, containerized, highly available solution which enables safe and on time travel of hundreds of trains every day. Your CHALLENGE- Responsibility for conception, planning and implementation of an end-to-end test and integration strategy with several subsystems (software, hardware, cloud environment and virtualization layer)- Definition and execution of complex end-to-end testing scenarios covering functional, integration, failover and performance tests- Coordination with the testing
- and development teams of all relevant subsystems- Definition and creation of test plan, test-environment and Labor-system- Ensure the timely delivery of all testing milestones- Definition of HW- and SW integration-concept- Communicate status and critical issues clearly in a short and concise format- Assessing risks and identify possible improvements- Close team work with development, quality assurance, operations and project management as well as solution verification
Your PROFILE- Technical degree (HTL/TU/FH) in Informatics, Computer Science, Software Engineering or similar work experience- At least 5 years of experience and expertise in test
- and integration-management and technical management of a team- Experience of testing complex systems with different soft
- and hardware components- Competitive mindset, strong desire to “win”- Knowledge of standards (CENELEC) is an advantage- Knowledge of test automation is advantageous- Knowledge in private and/or public cloud environment and container technologies is advantageous- ISTQB certification is an advantage- Comfortable with a highly dynamic and changing work environment- Fluency in German and English is a must have
We OFFER- The salary for this position starts at € 70.000 gross p.a.
