**People Processes & Systems Analyst (M/F/d)**

We are seeking a talented and driven People Analyst to join our team in Berlin. In this role, you will play a crucial part in shaping our HR strategies by analyzing data and providing insights to support decision-making processes. If you are passionate about data, human resources, and making a tangible impact on our organization's success, we want to hear from you.

**Responsibilities**

Analyse - Design - Execute

**Employee lifecycle global programs and processes**
- Lead and assist in the development, implementation as well as administration, and documentation of people-management processes
- Provide guidance and support to HR team members, managers and employees

**HR Information Systems (HRIS) & Data**
- Establish a global people data platform which allows comprehensive reporting & analytics for all people related data at Emarsys
- Take ownership of all our HR tools: Success Factors, JIRA, Lesson.ly
- Create new documents and update tool guidelines
- Work with consultants to improve tool’s functionality based on process improvements
- Train and enable the user about tools and new features, if any

**Global HR Analytics & Reporting**
- Gather, review and analyze business HR data using data analytics tools with the focus to proactively support the organization
- Enhance and automate reporting; support and educate local HR teams in their local reporting activities
- Prepare reports on different areas of the business

**YOUR PROFILE**:

- Passion for technology and data-driven HR. Experience in Human Resources Analyst preferred
- Strong project and time management skills with the ability to handle simultaneously multiple tasks and projects
- Comfortable with multiple data sources (understanding of data mining and how data are linked)
- Advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Office and data analytics tools
- Ideally experienced with HRsystems like SuccessFactors
- Ability to analyze, document and communicate complex business processes
- A self-starter mentality with the ability to work individually and as part of the team
- Previous exposure to process documentation and process mapping is a definite asset
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, fluent English (German is not a must)
