We are seeking a skilled and proactive System Administrator expert with SCCM to join our client's team in Vienna. As a System Administrator, you will play a crucial role in administering a robust IT infrastructure, and your expertise will play a crucial role in ensuring its smooth operation. If you are passionate about Windows System Administration and have a strong background in managing Windows Server infrastructure, we encourage you to apply.

This role is with an end client, an International Organisation, offering an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where your contributions will have a direct impact on the organization's infrastructure and operations.

**Location**: Vienna, Austria

**Mode of Work**: Onsite

**Main Responsibilities**:

- ** Windows System Administration and Operations**: Administer and oversee the Windows infrastructure, including implementation, configuration, maintenance, and performance optimization of critical Windows Servers.
- ** Lifecycle Management**: Manage Windows server infrastructure across various product lifecycle environments, from staging to production. Design and implement solutions to automate deployment tasks.
- ** Server Configuration and Maintenance**: Configure and maintain Windows Servers, ensuring system health, performance, availability, and security. Independently analyze and resolve real-time issues.
- ** Performance Enhancement**: Assist stakeholders in query tuning and schema refinement to boost system performance.
- ** Scheduled Maintenance**: Perform scheduled maintenance and support release deployment activities.
- ** Project Participation**: Actively participate in the implementation of new projects.
- ** Management and Reporting**: Maintain comprehensive documentation of server infrastructure, design, and best practices. Collaborate with development teams to enhance continuous integration processes. Supervise the work of external service providers as required.

**Academic Background**:

- A university degree in Computer Science or a related field.

**Professional Background**:

- Proven professional experience in designing, implementing, and managing a large Windows Server infrastructure as Domain Administrator (all versions).
- Experience in Windows Server migration and problem diagnosis.

**Tools**:

- Proficiency with the following tools is essential:

- Windows Server
- Hyper-V
- SCCM
- SCVMM
- Active Directory
- Exchange
- Skype for Business
- SCOM
- PowerShell

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in administering Linux Red Hat or Azure infrastructure and/or Office 365 Administration would be a distinctive advantage.
