Aufgaben
Wir vergeben eine Stelle als DP. Ein DP bei ATTIC ist allerdings nicht das, was ein DP am klassischen Set ist. Von der Vorbereitung der Ausrüstung, das Rigging der Kameras über das Setup on Set, den Dreh bis hin zur Postproduction mit Editing, VFX, Compositing, Color Grading und Mastering ist bei uns alles dabei. Du musst in der Lage sein, sowohl kleinere Drehs als 2-man/women-Crew aber auch große Drehs mit einer Crew von über 20 Personen zu handeln. Unerlässlich sind Eigeninitiative, Eigenverantwortung, Motivation und Selbstorganisation. Außerdem solltest du reisefreudig sein - wir operieren weltweit. Im Editing (Workflow über Premiere Pro) setzen wir eine gewisse Mindestgeschwindigkeit voraus, wenn du also für einen 1-Minüter länger als einen Tag brauchst, dann ist der Job nichts für dich. Unkompliziertheit, Spontanität und Effizienz schreiben wir groß
**Konkret betrifft dich folgender Aufgabenbereich**:
**1. Preproduction**:
\- Mitarbeit an kreativen Konzepte - Ausarbeitung der Equipmentlisten
\- Erstellung der Listen und Check der Verfügbarkeiten inhouse/extern
\- Packen für die Produktion, Lieferung des Equipments zur Produktion
**2. Production**:
\- Setup und operieren von Kamera, Grip, Licht
\- ggf. Focus Pulling
\- Datensicherung
**3. Postproduction**:
\- Datensicherung auf Server, Projekt-Datenverwaltung
\- Postproduction (Premiere Pro)
\- div. Selektionen und Edits
\- Output Rendering
\- Distribution (frame)
**4. General**:
**\- Equipment Management**: Sortierung, Reparaturen, Service
\- Vorbereitung und Verwaltung von Equipment im Rental für externe Produktionen
Qualifikation
Dein Alter ist uns egal, dein Geschlecht auch. Genauso deine Herkunft, Hautfarbe und dein Glaube. Diversität wird bei uns großgeschrieben. Um bei ATTIC zu beginnen, musst du nicht an einer Uni/FH studieret haben - jede/r ist willkommen. Bei uns lernt man sehr schnell sehr viel, daher solltest du sehr viel Bock haben. Unerlässlich sind Eigeninitiative, Eigenverantwortung, Motivation und Selbstorganisation. Wichtig sind sehr gute Sprachkenntnisse in Englisch, da unser Team international ist. Ein Führerschein von mindestens Klasse B ist notwendig. Mit Klasse A bist du auch nicht alleine.
**Kenntnisse in folgenden Bereichen sind ein muss**:

- Kamerasysteme: ARRI, RED, DJI und Zubehör
- Focus Pulling
- Umfangreiche Kenntnisse sämtlicher Filmtechnik/Licht/Grip
- Verständnis für Licht und Beleuchtung
- Computer OS: macOS
- Editing Software: Adobe Premiere Pro & Media Encoder
- Selbstständiger Videoschnitt von A bis Z (Selection, Rohschnitt, Schnitt, Abgabe, Archivierung)

**Folgende Kenntnisse sind von Vorteil**:

- Drohnenpilot A1/2/3, Erfahrung im Operieren von DJI Plattformen (Inspire)
- Operieren von FPV-Racingdrohnen
- Skills in Color Correction & Grading mit DaVinci Resolve
- Skills im Bereich Soundmischung, SFX und Sounddesign, Foleys
