The historic Grand Hotel Wien on the Ringstrasse has been one of the most luxurious hotels in Europe since its opening in**1870**. Twelve function rooms with state-of-the-art equipment, including one of the largest and most beautiful ballrooms in Vienna, perfect the offer of the Grand Hotel Wien.

**Ihre Aufgaben**
- Preparation of group and banquet offers
- Independent negotiation with customers
- Entire handling and organization of events
- Guided tours

**Wir erwarten**
- Tourism education
- Experience in the hotel industry/gastronomy or event industry
- Experience in banqueting is an advantage
- MS-Office
- Ideally Opera knowledge
- Very good knowledge of English
- Independent, creative work
- Confident appearance and negotiation skills
- Enjoyment of dealing with people
- Team player

The statutory gross minimum wage (based on full-time employment, 13th and 14th salary) for this position is EUR 1,853.00. An overpayment is a matter of course for us with a corresponding qualification profile.
