**What you’ll do**:
As the Franchise Lead for Specialty Care (CVRM), you will lead commercial activities by developing local brand strategies and proactively engage with global and regional teams as well as other markets. You will lead and develop a dedicated team across marketing and sales, and implement a strong x-functional mindset for the franchise.

**Lead of commercial activities**:

- Prepare Brand Strategy
- Support x-functional collaboration
- Develop the strategy and supervise implementation of patient oriented omnichannel strategies
- Lead teams to run brand teams meetings to ensure cross-functional working
- Monitor KPIs and optimize the execution

**Develop local Brand strategy**:

- Ensure alignment to global strategy by conducting analyses of the market segment, including identification of key growth drivers, opportunities, and risks.
- Review or conduct the local market analyses and competitor landscape to propose action plan
- Ensure execution of operational plan and brand objectives
- Delivery of annual brand plans + detailed tactical /activity sales plans
- Financial planning and forecasting
- Lead team to evaluate customer insights and revise impactful campaigns and projects based on customer needs and market environment

**Lead and coach team**:

- Leading and coaching of direct reports
- Motivation and empowerment of the team
- Performance management by setting clear targets in alignment to strategies and company goals

**Your Profile**
- Advanced Business Education or natural Science
- Exam of medical representative an asset
- Driving license B
- At least 3-5 years proven work experience in a similar role in multinational matrix company and previous industry sector
- Excellent command in English and German (written and spoken)
- Strategic planning experience
- Commercial awareness
- Analytical business and reporting skills
- Excellent project management skills
- Excellent understanding of the Austrian market
- Displays high levels of communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly self-motivated, meticulous, able to work under pressure
