As an attractive employer, Erste Group offers interesting career opportunities in an international environment.- The department Accounting AT & Accounting Competence Center is a team of specialists within the Group Accounting Division for Erste Group Bank AG and Erste Bank der österreichischen Sparkassen. The unit represents a center of excellence for UGB and IFRS methodological issues in accounting and especially for treasury products.- Your Tasks- preparation of individual financial statements according UGB and IFRS
- analysis of balance sheet and P&L positions on a monthly basis
- you are responsible for quality assurance
- active involvement in projects where interdisciplinary expertise and advise between UGB/IFRS is required
- being a contact person for accounting issues for branches in New York and Hongkong
- support in ensuring proper and accurate accounting opinions- Your Background- ideally experience with banking processes
- you hold a master degree in economics or equivalent education and minimum 4 years professional experience
- you are a reliable, proactive, flexible and stress resistant person
- you show an analytical and innovative approach with “hands on” mentality
- like to work in a team and enjoy challenges
- excellent communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively and interact with all hierarchical levels and different cultural backgrounds

- The minimum wage for this full-time position in accordance with the collective agreement with complete fulfillment of the functional profile is EUR 40.635,84 gross per year. But this is just a formality - we would be happy to talk about your actual salary in person
