**DaoPay **is a licensed entrepreneurial acquirer and payment processor that offers over 100 customized cashless payment solutions. In the last 20+ years, we have operated globally, processing online payment transactions via credit card, mobile, e-wallets, blockchain payments, bank transfers and more. International Clients from various industries such as online gaming, social media, cryptocurrency, fundraising projects, e-commerce and more use our services. DaoPay is now searching for a talented individual to join our **Finance** team at our headquarters in Vienna. As we continue to expand, we're looking for a proactive **Accounting & Data Reconciliation Specialist** to play a pivotal role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our financial operations.

**Role Overview**:
As an integral member of the Finance department, you will be responsible for overseeing account activities, reconciling payment data, and providing detailed analyses to management. This role offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your administrative prowess, communication skills, and contribute to the continued success of our rapidly growing business.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Execute invoicing runs and manage account postings in compliance with BWG/UGB standards
- Lead reconciliation efforts for various payment methods, implementing efficient processes and controls
- Drive improvements in billing-related administrative processes
- Resolve accounting discrepancies and generate specific reports as needed
- Research and identify accounting requirements for new products and markets
- Establish processes to ensure accurate implementation of accounting needs
- Facilitate communication within the finance team and across other departments

**Requirements**:

- **Minimum 2 years of experience** in a similar role within the payment services industry
- Strong understanding of payment services and associated risks
- Proficiency in accounting databases (NTCS preferred) and advanced MS Excel skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and analytical abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are advantageous
