**Bank Financial Accounting & Reporting Specialist (w/m/x)**:

- The Department FS Banking is responsible for the
- **Preparation of Financial Statements **according to local
- **GAAP (UGB/BWG) **and
- **IFRS **for
- **RBI AG **(stand-alone) and our serviced
- **Banking Subsidiaries. **We focus on solving complex
- **Financial Accounting & Reporting issues of Banking Products **as well as manage and ensure a proper
- **monthly Fast Close. **The team is also responsible for a wide range of
- **projects **simultaneously arising from business and/or regulatory changes and strategic initiatives.#full-time

**Your role at RBI**:

- You are responsible for the proper **Financial Accounting of Loans products and FX Accounting **according to **UGB/BWG **and **IFRS **for RBIAG
- Perform product related Financial Reporting (FinRep) and compilation of notes, analyse new Reporting requirements, coordinate their implementation, and ensure proper fulfillment in time
- Analyze & comment monthly P&L/BS results and perform Ad-hoc requests to the Management
- Manage the Product Approval Process within Finance
- Review Financial Reconciliation between General Ledger & Subledgers
- Design innovations and improvements of product related Financial Accounting & Reporting processes
- Support Projects and the onboarding of new Products within Finance

***Your core competencies**:

- University Degree in Economics and Business Administration and/or Banking, Finance & Accounting or similar
- About 5 years of experience in Finance, preferably in Accounting & Financial Reporting or Financial Analyses in a Bank or consulting business
- Strong understanding of Accounting Standards for local Gaap (UGB/BWG) & IFRS, Good Know-How of complex Financial Banking Products and understanding of product lifecycles and associated accounting events
- Good understanding of FINREP requirements
- Strong Excel & MS Office & analytical skills
- Detail-oriented approach with problem solving mindset and ability to work independently
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment
